Lead the design and implementation of the annual performance management & calibration programs, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and encourage continuous improvement and accountability.
Oversee efforts to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans, including mentorship, coaching, and succession planning – working closely with HRBPs

• Problem solve, think big, and explore divergent concepts/ideas while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision.
• Influence the shape of the enterprise product with research and data while executing design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and cross-platform interactive prototypes.
