Jobs at Metaphor

Metaphor is building a future for digital organizations by enabling the DAO (communities powered by blockchain technologies) ecosystem to grow. We believe DAOs are the future of work and collective organization and are on a mission to give everyone the opportunity to grow together as a community. Starting with making it easy to Join and Participate your first DAOs, we're helping the mainstream internet take their first steps into web3. Metaphor is a venture-backed company with a team coming from top US companies such as Airbnb, Twilio, Brex and Uber. We're empowering creativity, challenging the future, collaborating with some of the most experienced in the community. We're committed to building from web3 inclusive principles - where everyone can reach their potential with drive and desire. Today, we're a remote-first company and want to work with the best agnostic of their physical location.
