Metabrew was founded by Romy Raad and Natalie Neumann, a.k.a. the dynamic duo Rad&Neu (radandneu.com). We have an electrifying energy that translates into how we connect to people, experiment in the kitchen, brainstorm new ideas, negotiate and execute our beliefs. Individually, we each have a wide variety of strengths, but together, we make magic happen. Natalie’s perseverance combined with Romy’s motivation is a potent brew turning ideas into wonderful and flavorful creations. Romy is the extrovert, a peoples’ person, who attracts and excites. Natalie is the introvert, arranging the pieces without losing sight of the bigger picture. We are both believers in personal growth. We fall in love with our work and synchronize it with our lives. This way of working allows us to get excited about problems and arrive at solutions in a most natural way.
