Here's how our platform works:



Step 1: Students take Mentoria's online career assessment, which is India's most reliable psychometric assessment that measures their core interests, personalities and abilities - thereby enabling them to understand who they truly are and what they will enjoy doing.
Step 2: Students then undergo a 60-120 minute online career counselling session through our workforce of experienced and high-quality career counsellors to help them understand themselves better and for them and their parents to choose the best 3 careers that the student would be happy pursuing.
Step 3: Students then log-in to our website/mobile application to gain access to a customized knowledge gateway - giving them a holistic understanding of their best 3 careers, pay-scales, work environments, career path, universities they can apply to - in India/abroad.
Step 4: Online webinars to enable students to acquire a deeper understanding of the real-life working within these careers.
