We're taking full advantage of what the internet has to offer, and we want to enable more folks to do the same. • 100% remote: We work from wherever we feel our best (which, so far, has included patios, home offices, mountain cabins, and coffee shops). • Less planning, more doing: We minimize meetings and mute most notifications for our day-to-day tasks. We spend approximately 3% of our time planning and 97% doing. • Trust & move quickly: We trust each other to make informed decisions so we can move quickly.
