Melostat careers

Melostat is a product development acceleration agency. We help your team develop the practices and habits used at the best product companies by building software together.

We are home to many ex-Pivots, and we tend to follow principles from the Agile Manifesto to create impactful software products. We are a diverse team of passionate professionals that prioritize work-life balance, inclusivity, and psychological safety in our (virtual) workplace, and seek both clients and new team members who share the same values.

We believe a market viable product needs consistent contributions beyond design and engineering. That's why at Melostat, we work in balanced teams made up of engineers, product managers, and designers. This ensures we maintain a balance between business goals, customer needs, and technical sustainability. We hyper focus on the human problems you want to solve, and the nuances essential to building a compelling product. Our product teams integrate completely with our client's organization to fully understand their business and ensure we deliver a product that is viable for their market. And we love it!
