Culture and benefits at Mega Particle

All of us at Mega Particle are passionate about games and virtual reality. We started this company back in 2015 to try to scratch the surface of Social VR as a domain and we believe we (along with others in the industry) are still doing that. We like to encourage curiosity and design thinking above everything else. We deeply believe any company in VR has to constantly challenge its own thinking in order to come up with better ways people interact with VR and each other all over the world. Of course that means that we have to accept that no one is going to be right always but as long as we keep experimenting, we will keep learning and becoming better at (Social) VR. Mega Particle is also a largely distributed startup, you can be located (almost) anywhere to work with us. We encourage deep domain knowledge in any function or verticals. As long as you are good at managing your own time, we will work great together. We also cherish direct and on point communication, so we all can focus on solving problems in the most efficient manner.
