Jobs at meetin

Ask any startup how they imagine their dream office, they would describe a highly collaborative open space. Somehow, remote companies are now back to the age of cubicles where everyone is working alone from their homes, and only collaborating through meetings. With the quick adoption of remote work, teams have rushed to put together a scrappy new work structure that completely neglected collaboration and replaced it with a series of endless meetings and message threads. Depending only on that for collaboration, a new set of problem was created such as communication friction, isolation, and the inability to productively work together.
