We are modernising the medical professional appraisal system and adding a professional social network. Medical professionals comply with mandated yearly appraisals to ensure safe practice and career progression. They collect evidence of achievements using a portfolio service. The portfolio differs from a conventional ‘CV’ due to the depth of information required. Current solutions offer an inefficient user experience and are not linked to the ‘network of medicine’. We offer MediUp, an app and web-based portfolio service linked to a professional social network. The solution will connect users with peers, institutions, research and opportunities.
