Why do insurance companies work with Medigo?
Many health insurance companies outsource their claims processing to a specialised company. To put it simply, companies like Medigo (often called Third Party Administrators or TPAs) make sure that policyholders are reimbursed for treatments they’ve paid for or that providers are paid directly. We collaborate with insurance companies worldwide and manage thousands of policies using MediClaim, our in-house software for complex claims management.

We have an in-house team of cost containment experts. They check that treatments are appropriate and that everything is coded and billed fairly and in accordance with national quality standards. Thanks to our large provider network, we offer clients a range of valuable support services including second medical opinions and private treatment assistance.
