Immunization Verification Associate Job Summary The Immunization Verification Associate will handle all immunization forms for all University’s. The support associate is responsible for immunization forms, customer issues, incoming tickets, and customer chats. Responsibilities and Duties Verifying immunization forms for incoming college students The main point of contact for all student users Respond to tickets and chat’s in a timely manner Responsible for providing relevant answers to the student users Provide account management support when needed and will be situation based Preferable candidates with experience working in the higher education SHC space Qualifications and Skills Pursuing or Completed Nursing Degree Organization Flexibility Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Judgement and decision making Job Types: Part-time, Contract Experience: nursing: 3 years Education: Bachelor's License: RN
