Meat.The End is a B2B startup developing protein compounds and patented production techniques to transform the texture of plant-based meat analogues. Our technology has enormous commercial potential for the industry, because it solves the main challenge of the PB emerging market: texturizing plant protein to resemble meat.

Our team is made up of leading industry engineers and Technion scientists: each of our three co-founders was chief technologist or chief engineer for one of the world's largest food producers.

Earlier this year, the European Union selected us as one of the most promising food startups for 2020.
