MDL Talent Hub careers

A platform that provides an ecosystem for talents (influencers, dancers, musicians, models, actors, ...) and talent-agencies or brands. This platform will allow them to connect with each other, what makes the platform special is that each person or brand, will have a reputation. If a talent, brand or agency does something wrong (Arrive late, not pay on time, sexually harass, ...) then the reputation will go down. This is done to ensure ethical and productive collaborations between all parties to ensure a higher ROI and less chances of losses and cheating.

We will also have a marketplace where talents and brands can sell merchandise. What makes this marketplace special is that brands will be able to buy influence from talents. This means that they can agree on collaborations between the talents on our platform, for example a talent will wear brand merchandise during events, posting about a brand on their social media. Our reputation system will ensure they follow the agreement.
