Maven Ventures is an incubator and $7.5M Micro VC fund focused exclusively on consumer internet and mobile startups with hyper-growth potential. The current Maven team, made up of Founder Jim Scheinman and Senior Associate Sara Thomas, screens over 2,500 consumer startups a year to find and invest in the best 15 high-growth consumer businesses. We are passionate about startups, our founders, and consumer technology and are on a mission to meaningfully improve consumers’ lives at scale by building valuable enterprises that achieve top 10% Micro VC returns. The Maven Ventures Growth Labs incubator program runs 6-9 months in Palo Alto and offers rolling admissions. Maven Ventures also invests in Seed, Series A, and selective Series B rounds outside of the incubator. To support our portfolio companies, we leverage a network of 20+ mentors and hold speaking events as well as office hours on a monthly basis.
