Metal 3D printing has more applications than capacity to fill them. Airbus estimates the weight savings from printing parts for their aircraft will save their customers over $17B every year. GE has orders for 8000 engines based on their AM produced LEAP jet nozzle. 3D metal printing is the fastest growing segment of 3D printing with 65% growth forecast through 2020 to $8.4B annually.
