We are looking for early-stage ventures that have the potential to make society more informed, connected, and empowered. We believe the future of media that matters is being created right now by entrepreneurs like you through lots and lots of experiments.

We invest $50k to give you five months of runway to do needfinding with your customers, prototype your solutions, and find product/market fit.

Matter is the intersection of innovation and media, which is why our program is interwoven in both San Francisco and New York City communities. Your team will be based in one location, but gain exposure in both.

Our 5-month program kicks off with an intensive bootcamp focused on building scalable media ventures with a human-centered, prototype-driven design process. Workshops, shareouts, a speaker series, mentor and Associate office hours, and monthly Design Reviews build up to a Demo Days in San Francisco and New York City.
