We are intentional in the ways we build equity and access into the services we provide. While some of our collaboration is remote, our employees love coming together periodically in person to generate ideas in creative think tank environments from rented beachfront homes in Southern California. Depending on what role you have in the company, you could find yourself working from home, interacting with teachers and students in classrooms, and/or collaborating with teammates over Zoom or in coffee shops.
