We like to do things differently... instead of working on a % fee on a no cure no pay basis we work on a subscription based model as an extension of our client’s own recruitment team(s) in a true partnership. Due to this model we don't have the wrong incentive into pushing candidates into certain role but really take the time to reflect whether a candidate is a true fit.
