We’re seeing up to 3x the engagement vs standard display ads but we’re most excited about the contextual retargeting and lead generation potential of the solution. We have built and deployed ad unit chatbots for Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal (Globe and Mail), Pandora (Globe and Mail) and Fallsview Casino (Oath). We have live chat built in to the solutions so real people can talk to customers in the ad.
