Marvellous Babysitting careers

We have partnered with the world's leading early years training institution, Norland College, to create a platform to allow parents to find professional (and trusted) childcarers on a flexible basis.

This is Norland's first-ever commercial partnership and gives us exclusive access to 2000+ Norland Nannies and Norland students for the platform, along with direct assistance with marketing and verification checks, extensive expertise in the childcare market, and a deeply trusted brand that spans over 100 years of leading early years training.

We also intend to extend our pool of nannies to 10,000s+ by creating a basic "babysitting" course with Norland. This, along with background checks, experience requirements and references, will allow us to scale by onboarding more childcarers without diminishing trust, safety or childcare experience on the platform.

Childcare is a massively underserved market and the demand has been phenomenal. We recently launched the app in Bath (in November) and London (in December) and are already fast approaching 1000 users, with a decent waitlist and inbounds joining every day.
