Job Title: Recycling Line Operator (Industrial Greentech) Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (On-site) Base Salary: €636.93 / month (Gross) Hourly Rate: ~€2.95 / hour Schedule: Shift-based, 27 days per month, 8 hours per day. About the Role: MartGummi is looking for a dedicated Recycling Line Operator to join our early-stage industrial Greentech project. You will play a key role in our mission to recycle end-of-life tires into high-value materials. This is a hands-on position requiring technical discipline and physical stamina. Key Responsibilities: Line Operations: Starting, monitoring, and maintaining the continuous operation of the tire recycling line (ATR 500). Material Handling: Loading raw rubber tires onto the production line and ensuring steady throughput. Quality Control: Monitoring the separation of rubber granulate from metal cord and textile fiber. Warehousing: Organizing and stacking bags of finished products (rubber granulate, steel cord, and textile fiber). Technical Oversight: Keeping a close eye on machine performance to ensure maximum uptime and safety. Site Maintenance: Keeping the production and storage areas clean and organized.
