Marsland is a new metaverse that has identified the main problems in the development of the industry and found their solutions. Having studied the competitors, we noted the main problems: the lack of interesting content, the inability to expand, the use of outdated blockchain protocols, the lack of involvement and desire to return from consumers, poor visualization.Having studied the main problems for creating a real Metaverse zone and planet, we chose the "UE5" movement to build the metaverse and the "TON" Blockchain to implement the intra-economic system and the real structure of monetization of any accumulated source of population. "UE5" and "TON" give a leading advantage and solve the problems of early, decentralization, monetization and expansion of the universe.
