My houses will have a drastically reduced electricity bill compared to competition and carry the Energy Star Rating. Saving will be $1000+ per year. These houses will be unique as opposed to "cooky cutter" housing. I will design these houses to catch the eye while maintaining a relatively small footprint. Houses will be designed with building construction in mind to minimize cost and speed build time without sacrificing appearance.

Customers for these houses will be home buyers looking for a house in the $200k price range.
