Medical, dental, & vision
Mariana Tek pays 100% of our employees medical, dental, and vision premiums; additionally, we contribute 50% towards your dependents.
3% contribution
Regardless of whether you contribute, Mariana Tek will annually put 3% of your pay towards your 401k.

100% paid for the first 6 weeks of leave, 50% paid for the following 6 weeks.

Work-life balance
We've bucked the "trend" of unlimited vacation as studies have shown these plans leave employees only taking 2-3 weeks/year INCLUDING sick leave. We offer 3 weeks of paid vacation, a week of sick leave, and 10 holiday days.
