Perks and benefits

Medical, dental, & vision

Mariana Tek pays 100% of our employees medical, dental, and vision premiums; additionally, we contribute 50% towards your dependents.

3% contribution

Regardless of whether you contribute, Mariana Tek will annually put 3% of your pay towards your 401k.

Paid parental leave

100% paid for the first 6 weeks of leave, 50% paid for the following 6 weeks.

We want our employees to feel as invested in the product as we are invested in our customers' success.

Work-life balance

We've bucked the "trend" of unlimited vacation as studies have shown these plans leave employees only taking 2-3 weeks/year INCLUDING sick leave. We offer 3 weeks of paid vacation, a week of sick leave, and 10 holiday days.

Team lunch

Once a week we gather together in the conference room to hang out, eat some local food, and solve a crossword puzzle.

Supporting our industry

Not only do we have a free gym onsite, we also offer discounts with ClassPass, reimbursement towards boutique fitness, and/or free classes through some of our clients' studios.

You can contribute pre-tax money towards transit, parking, and Uber pool or Lyft line.

"mandatory" fun

While the "Mandatory" part is a joke, we do offer regular team outings every 4-6 weeks. These have been anything from traditional happy hours, to cooking classes, to ax throwing.
