Marble careers

We are a venture studio / startup studio. Our goal is to identify the best individuals before they have a team or an idea and provide them with the right support, finance and expertise to maximise their chances of building a globally important climate technology company.

The programme is 9 months and is split into two parts. For the first 3 months, we work with individual founders, who are typically scientists, engineers or operators, to create and validate one or more ideas that we believe could be an important climate technology startup.

For the following 6 months, we build that proto-company, hiring the right co-founders, bringing the right advisors, supporting their commercial and technical development and ultimately can become their first investor at pre-seed, investing €250,000 for 20% equity.

After this we support them in raising their seed round, connecting them with our networks of climate VC funds and angels in Europe and the USA.
