MapYourProperty (MYP) is an all-in-one commercial real estate mapping and analytical platform for the land development and commercial real estate industry. A recent graduate of the Colliers Proptech Accelerator Program Powered by TechStars, MYP is one of ten exciting new startups in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Tech industry.

MYP provides a streamlined process to help with the identification of potential land development opportunities based on "as-of-right" policy information, helping professionals to discover the next multi-million dollar skyscraper or the "highest-and-best-use" for an existing property.

Our simple and intuitive product can save developers time and money during the prospecting and investment stages of the commercial real estate development process. Traditionally, planning and development due diligence analysis requires hiring professional experts and can take weeks from start to finish. MYP flips this process on it's head, turning it into a 30-second process.
