Founded by a designer/developer duo in early 2013, Mantis has been successfully bootstrapped and remains independently owned and operated. Our company culture is built on accountability. One of the main advantages of working remotely is the freedom from punching a time clock or working set hours. However, the team needs to know that they can depend on each other, especially during core business hours (M-F 10am-3pm PT), and everyone should have progress to show by the week’s end. Depending on your location this may require flexible time zone coordination on your part.
