Culture overview

We like to have a calm and productive work space, with a special focus on reducing distractions, artificial emergencies and other time-wasters. We have Standups every day, but other than that, we try to reduce frequency of meetings and allow for our people to have undisturbed blocks of focused and productive work. We try to have a lot of our communication done on Basecamp (our internal communication tool) - and do it asynchronously. We are trying to do at least one offsite per year, maybe more, to get all our people together and to get to know each other better.

We prefer to have an overlap and do Standups in the morning or evening (depending on team); however otherwise you have a lot of flexibility in terms of how to structure your work. All we ask is, figure out how to do your best work with us.
