Makesmith Accessible Technology is an early stage start-up that provides CNC (computer numeric control) technology to people who have never had access to it before. The high cost of traditional desktop CNCs make a purchase only reasonable for an engineer; someone who can fully maximize the machine's utility per dollar. We provide low cost desktop CNCs that opens the doors for educators, students, artists, hobbyists, and many more.
Our first product, the Makesmith CNC, is the most affordable desktop CNC Router on the market. We hope to accelerate a future where anything you can imagine can be modeled on a computer, shared, and turned into a physical object all within the same room.
