MailTime is now a pre Series A startup with a team of 20 based in San Francisco, Beijing and Hong Kong. We are working on an open mobile messaging service that is built with the email technology. Launched at the TechCrunch Disrupt SF 2014 Startup Battlefield and currently part of Y Combinator W16 Batch, MailTime’s iOS version reached 1 million downloads worldwide within 6 months. The team had rich experience in developing mobile communication services. Founders of MailTime built the very first original Push-to-Talk voice messenger app and were very passionate about communication. We believe that communication should be open, not closed. We are shaping the future of messaging and reinventing the mobile email.
