MADELEINE EDITIONS is an international independent publishing house for children launching this fall. We cut through the banal, formulaic “factory fiction” crowding the shelves, and place in each reader’s lap - even at the youngest age - the experience of literature as art. With a focus on digital books with audio, we provide families who are interested in raising multilingual children easy access from anywhere in the world. Currently, we are building a collection for children 4~8 years old in English, French, and Chinese. This is the most crucial age for developing an "ear" for a language. With an inspired collaboration between writers, illustrators, and musicians, we create a quality reading and listening experience for our littlest audience and the grown-ups around them.
