Lynk is designed for the enormous, yet highly inefficient informal economy that exists in emerging markets. Our platform makes it easy for customers to find, screen, and book reliable workers across a variety of blue collar categories and provides career development and personal growth for the workers.

1. We interview and vet workers to create online profiles and develop signals about their skills and background.

2. We offer to customers a website, app, and SMS line through which they can easily request jobs.

3. Job requests and their supporting details are forwarded via SMS to the mobile phones of professionals who can reply with a quote.

4. Requesting customers are provided with a selection of qualified workers and supporting information for each - experience, previous customer feedback, skills/certifications, and quoted price.

5. Upon completion, payment is automated through mobile money and customers provide feedback about the job, which is added to the worker profiles.
