LyGenesis is an organ regeneration company. We enable a patient’s own lymph nodes to be used as bioreactors for organ regeneration. Using our patented technology, we are able to treat 75-150 patients from a single donated liver (vs. just 1 patient today) and transplant them using a minimally invasive outpatient procedure (vs. major transplant surgery today).

The initial target organ for clinical development is liver regeneration, with a focus on patients with end stage liver disease (ESLD), 90% of whom will not be able to receive a lifesaving liver transplant. We are rapidly advancing this program thanks to positive clinical data in multiple animal species, a positive FDA meeting, and confirmation that we will be able to move straight into a proof of concept trial in ESLD patients after completing a final preclinical study.

This is a rapid, capital-efficient investment with clinical data 2.5 years post-funding. Initial raise: $3M to IND-enable the technology; clean cap table.
