• Serve as the senior technical owner of the B2B marketing technology stack, from solution design through delivery, adoption, and ongoing support.
• Lead requirements gathering with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Technology, and Data partners, and translate them into functional and technical designs.

• Design, build, and own the software, electrical, and hardware test fixtures used during production

Analyze internal systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and share knowledge across the team
Produce technical specs, runbooks, and documentation covering requirements, security, and privacy

• Own core data pipelines end-to-end, building deep subject matter expertise in the systems you manage and defining/managing SLAs for pipelines, services, and datasets to ensure reliability at scale

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design, implement, and iterate on new features and algorithmic improvements for driver incentives and pay mechanisms.
• Design, develop, and deploy optimization models, algorithms, and systems for problems such as budget allocation, multidimensional cost-curve development, and incentive targeting.

• Own the customer relationship with enterprise grade partners as their primary representative to Lyft for all their business related transportation needs
• Partner with Fortune 500 companies, to design, sell and implement custom transportation solutions for their respective passengers that include employees (essential and non), recruits, VIPs, guests, subscribers, etc
