Lung Therapeutics leverages validated programs to develop first in class medicines for unmet needs in lung injury and disease. Lead compound LTI-01 is entering phase I trials for loculated pleural effusions, a severe consequence of pneumonia with no approved therapeutic options. In preclinical stage, LTI-03 has shown the ability to resolve established fibrosis in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and other fibrotic indications.
