There are three parts to our unique customer intelligence platform. The first is the Insight Center where customer data is unified and indexed, pulling from client databases, CRM systems, marketing systems, support systems, etc. In the Insight Center, non technical team members can easily explore customer data, segments, analytics, patterns, and data science insights.

Next, clients save the key customer segments and insights they have found, and share them with their team and across teams with added notes and takeaways. In the Collaboration Center, teams can assemble reports from these shared "metric cards", and use these reports in planning sessions to decide on future tactics and strategies. Then, segments and intelligence can be pushed to Facebook ads, email systems, CS systems, and through our app to in-person sales people.

Lastly, with customizable "Persona" dashboards, clients can track the impact of the new tactics and strategies on specific segments of customers.
