LumenEd careers

LumenEd is an online education company. By making live, personalized teaching interactions available online and via mobile technology, we're revolutionizing the way schooling is delivered – increasing achievements and breaking down barriers for all children.
Physical barriers (location, matching personalities/ skills/ languages, logistics, scheduling, etc.) prevent qualified teachers from accessing students in need. Teachers are limited in their capacity to deliver tutoring sessions outside of the classroom, students are limited in the selection of tutors to help them and parents are in the dark throughout the process, surviving on ‘hope’ until they receive the outcome of their investment.
LumenEd reduces friction by (1) making the most effective matches between teachers and students, (2) increasing teaching session throughput with using virtual interactions, and (3) increase efficacy and trust through standardized assessments and reporting for students, parents and teachers.
