We work at the intersection of two markets, thus solving problems of SELLERS:
· Expensive leads and customers
· Low conversion rate
· Price-forming difficulties
· Low fixed discounts effectiveness
· Lack of unique proposition

 and ADVERTISERS:
· Inability to collect data from small sites (<500K UV)
· Lack of purchase intent data collected from e-commerce sites

We`ve designed an embeddable button and widget so every seller could offer his customers a chance to win an individual discount and get more leads and shares instead.
We have a RESTful API and are very flexible in terms of integration and customisation.
We`ve found a way to monetise service from anonymous data-mining that allows us to deliver our solutions on a freemium basis.
Lastly, we plan to launch our own Groupon-like offers marketplace with per sale fees in 2015.
