Many, many companies have tried to create a solution to rid the world of paper loyalty cards and there's a good reason for that; they're easily lost or forgotten and they don't allow retailers to actually know who their customers are. Most of these companies have failed, however. We believe we're different and the key difference is that we remove friction instead of creating it. Getting rid of all loyalty cards is nice, but can you really be bothered to take out your phone, open the right app, start the camera and snap a QR code when at the Point of Sale, just to earn a few points? We don't think so, so we've created loyalBe.
