As part of DeFLECT (decentralized, functional, ledgered ecosystem for conflict transformation), we are building several Cardano-powered Alternative Dispute Resolution services that connect ADR specialists (e.g. mediators, arbitrators) with disputing parties. The average turnaround of mediation in the existing system is about ~6 months, while arbitration often takes years. We bring down the process completion to seven days.
