Being part of LoopIt means three things. 1) Responsibility - It's a great feeling to walk in to work and know that what we're doing has real social value. It's something we want all employees, present & future to understand and adopt. 2) Family - It sounds corny, but as a startup there are many ups & downs. Knowing you have people around you, who care for your wellbeing & want you to succeed, creates an environment of openness and a workspace where you know people have your back. 3) Fun! - What's the point of working for a startup if it wasn't going to be fun!? Yes - work is serious, but we're a startup tech-company after all. It's great to be able to have a drink after work and catchup with the team and talk about anything and everything non-work related.
