Longan Vision provides professional smart engineering products, platforms, and solutions for enhanced vision and communication for first responders. Specifically, Longan Vision has developed an Augmented Reality [AR] System called the Fusion Vision System [FVS] for first for firefighters. The FVS can be attached to the helmet of firefighters to provide enhanced vision and information sharing abilities. These abilities include allowing firefighters to see through smoke, locate victims and find fire sources using thermal imaging technology and advanced image processing techniques. Furthermore, using live video streaming and indoor localization the FVS can provide, commanding offices with real time information to make better informed decisions and help firefighters respond with higher efficiency, effectiveness and most importantly to stay safe.
