LocalWiki careers

LocalWiki (localwiki.org) is a nonprofit effort to collect, share, & open the world’s local knowledge. We believe that open access to information is as essential to community health as clean air or water. Without a way to learn about our communities, we have no hope of tackling our most pressing issues. Similar to the way that OpenStreetMap is the open platform for geographic information or how Wikipedia is the collaborative platform for encyclopedic information, we are building the open universal platform for local knowledge.

LocalWiki is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in San Francisco, California. We're in over 1,500 communities throughout the world, and serve over 500k unique visitors a month.
