We still have a very small team but a strong supporting community around the world. Our organisation is guided by 3 foundational principles: *** The Theory of Small Wins**: we know that the task before us is massive but we move fast and celebrate every little victory along the way, because every win is part of a more global step in the right direction. *** The Two Loop Theory of Organizational Change**: this theory suggest that change emerges in human systems out of a spontaneous series of local actions, and these local actions spontaneously link together both organically and purposefully in ways that facilitate the development of integrated networks of relationships that are aligned in the pursuit of mutual interests and goals. * **The Theory Positive Change Cycle**: this one refers to the cycle of emotions experienced when someone discovers that important change is upcoming, and demonstrates the importance of being an actor of that change as a way to transform the negative emotions into positive ones.
