LocalPlus is a smart phone app that is focused towards connecting you to your local businesses through event planning. Recently due to the pandemic, we have re-focused our efforts to help local businesses open up safely by avoiding overcrowding and long lines. It allows the businesses to take reservations and do easy contact tracing using QR codes. On the users end, The app allows the users to find local bars, restaurants, cafes, salons and gyms that are open and safe to go, make reservations directly on the app and checkin any place by scanning the QR code at the front desk. The users can make plans with their friends and find a time and place that works for everyone without any back and forth using our advanced algorithms and machine learning.
