Culture and benefits at Localistico
Culture overview
We believe in 100% transparency and operate with all salaries, commission, bonuses and share options (including the founders) being open to everyone in the company. We also have this principle for our financial information. We have been remote first since our inception, and believe this is the way of the future, it also allows us to work with the best people across Europe (due to time zones). We currently have team members in Ireland, Latvia, Poland, Spain, and UK. Team Culture At Localistico we operate like a sports team, ownership, action & results are the outputs we are looking for. Our key values are: We are doers - We mostly measure the impact of what we do in output, not on processes. Therefore we tend to prefer the simpler approach that works for our day to day workflow. We see the process is only a way to get to the goal. We are adaptable - We understand things can (and will) change as we move forward and grow. We are not really sure how we will have to change in 1 year from now. In the meantime, we do small steps: If you think we’re doing something that we should stop doing, say so. If you think something extra may be needed, say that too. By balancing output and process we should be able to come to a solution that works. We are owners - We give members of the team entire tasks and expect them to own them end to end. This may mean doing them by yourself or requesting help from others or even raising the point they shouldn’t be done at all - but it’s all up to you. We are a team - We know we depend on those around us to reach our goals. We don’t just work “in a team” - we work “with a team”. We are humans - We all make stupid mistakes. We all get tired. We all have other things going on in our lives. Plan for that whenever you can. Understand when this happens to others.
