Lloyd careers

We are building Lloyd, a career GPS for the millions of 20-somethings figuring out their next professional move. Research shows that 80% of life defining decisions are made by age 35, and most earnings potential is established in our first decade of working. Yet, among those ages 18-29 only 26% of people feel they have “a career” (vs. a stepping stone or a job just to get by) and almost 60 million Millennial and Gen Z members will be job searching in the next 2 years alone. Lloyd is applying behavior science to careers to improve career navigation, accountability towards goals, and meaning for individuals.
