Lixey is looking for AI engineers, software developers and technical co-founders who want to build intelligent infrastructure tools with real-world impact. Our current focus is on developing the AI core that automates roadwork traffic plans and permit workflows. We work hybrid: our main office is in Genk (Belgium), but remote collaboration is fully supported. We value hands-on builders who think strategically, move fast, and enjoy solving complex problems through smart automation. Experience with Python, AI/ML, GIS, or data-driven applications is a plus. Roles can evolve into lead or co-founder positions as we grow across Europe.
