• Enable AI Powered development for Engineering to accelerate engineering velocity by integrating AI assistants, Agentic frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and technical adoption of LiveRamp’s ad tech solutions, serving as a trusted technical advisor to brands, advertisers, agencies, and financial institutions. Build and maintain strong, consultative client relationships to align technical implementation with business objectives.

• Design, implement, and iterate on production-grade machine learning and statistical models that power core identity, entity resolution, and measurement capabilities.
• Analyze and transform large-scale, high-dimensional, and often messy datasets to uncover actionable insights, engineer robust features, and improve model performance and stability.

• Design, build, deploy and optimize infrastructure of big data tools like streaming platform clusters(ex: kafka, Redpanda) and orchestration tools like Airflow, temporal on kubernetes and cloud.
• Implement and harden operational tooling for observability (metrics, logs, traces), incident detection, and automated remediation to reduce MTTR and improve system resilience.

• Become a member of our Dedicated Support Engineer team, and work to solve technical challenges as they arise while also leveraging your soft skills to thrill your clients.
• Manage a ticket queue to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to enable customer satisfaction and company growth.

• Implement core features for our agentic Data Marketplace; you’ll work alongside senior engineers to design and build medium-to-high complexity features that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data processing pipelines using Spark, Airflow, and related big data technologies to support both batch and real-time use cases.
• Lead and collaborate with technical, application, and security stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure Big Data infrastructure leveraging tools and platforms such as Spark, Dataproc, Redpanda, and Temporal.

• Own and execute the roadmap for both Customer/Partner and Internal Facing Data Subject Rights (DSR) tools.
• Improve current integrations and explore new integrations with DSR vendors to make it easier for our customer to send opt outs and deletions to LiveRamp.

• Be a key contributor to critical, highly-available, low-latency systems which power authentication and authorization for all of LiveRamp
• Lead cross-team engineering projects through the entire software development lifecycle

• Serve as LiveRamp’s pre-sales measurement authority, guiding customers through the landscape of measurement methodologies—incrementality / lift testing, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, causal AI, and hybrid frameworks—and recommending the right approach for their specific business objectives and data maturity

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, explore constraints, rapidly ideate, and deliver thoughtful user-centered solutions.
• Distill insights from customer conversations, metrics, and research, synthesizing them into actionable improvements that balance user needs and business goals.

• Build copilot/chatbot experiences in tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Glean
• Support the implementation of agentic AI workflows and browser-based automations alongside senior team members to automate multi-step business processes.

• Lead the initiative on solving complex problems, design, implement, deliver and maintain solutions focussing on value delivered and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to get solutions delivered.
