LIVEO is a private live streaming app for close friends.
Although there are live streaming features in Instagram and Facebook, it is only being used by celebrities, brands and media. However, this type of live streaming is too public for the general users to use. (millenials don't want their parents joining their streams!) Due to this discomfort, people are not able to share their lives through live streams as they do with text and pictures even though live streaming is a more fun experience.
LIVEO resolves the discomfort of live streaming by allowing you to stream to only the people that you choose to invite. There are features such as friend grouping, recently shared groups, stream requests. We have users from over 50 countries.
We will initially begin by targeting one specific high school in LA. We are also seeing a growing daily active usage by female millennials in Qatar.
